International Convention, ICON, is an annual event that brings together Key Club members from around the world for leadership development, education, and connection. Attendees participate in workshops and general sessions, service projects, and elections for International Office and bylaw amendments. It serves as a space to celebrate achievements, exchange ideas, and shape the future of Key Club.
